Japan Tour Booking Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy
Tour Start Place Destination:-
All tours will start from Tokyo city in Japan. Main arrival destinations are the following.
- Haneda International Airport (Tokyo International Airport).
- Narita International Airport.
- Tokyo International Cruise Terminal.
- Yokohama International Passenger Terminal.
- Tokyo city centre.
Necessary Documents:-
- Passport is a must document required by each tourist.
- Passport must be valid at least 180 to 365 days subsequent to the scheduled arrival date of the Japan tour.
- Loss of Passport: if you lost your passport then you should immediately contact their country embassy or consulate which is located in Tokyo city.
- A valid VISA required by each tourist which is provided by the Japanese embassy or consulate which is located in your country's capital city or other major city.
- It is mandatory for all tourists including children required to carry the Original photo identification such as driving license, election ID card, National Card, OCI card etc.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:-
- Within 24 Hours of the tour booking. you can cancellation your tour and you will get 80% payment amount of the total paid payment.
- Within 30 days tour period cancellation with refund will not be available.
- More than 30 days tour period you can cancellation your tour and you will get 60% payment amount of the total paid payment.
- You will get a refund amount within the 10 days period of the tour cancellation day.

Insurance:-
- Tour package is not included in Travel Insurance. Each tourist should have a valid Overseas Travel Insurance which is very helpful to cover expenses during hospitalization and accident etc.
Baggage:-
- Please carry low quantities personal belongings to carry during the Japan tour. All personal belongings will check on airport immigration points, train station and bus station during the tour.
Health and Japan Climate:-
All tourists should have medical fitness when they start their Japan tour. All types of health issues will be personal issues of the tourists. Japan has a humid subtropical climate and a cold humid continental climate area.
- Spring Season (March to May): The cherry blossom season.
- Summer Season (June to August): hot and humid season.
- Autumn Season (September to November): Mild and comfortable with clear skies.
- Winter Season (December to February): Snowfall season.
Safety and Security:-
- Japan is a fully Safe and Secure country for tour purposes. Japanese people are very peaceful and humble. Japanese people are 99% educated and mostly employed. They also are hard working. Japan's main Religions are Shinto tradition and Buddhism.
Hotel Accommodations:-
- Tour Operator Company already selected comfortable and easily reachable hotels for tourists.
- Please note: DBL Rooms are NOT available in most hotels.
- For Japanese Traditional Hotels (Ryokan), Tatami Style or Western Style is on request.
- Single Room Supplement: JPY 10,000 per person per night ( For *4 star rank hotel).
- Hotel location and grade are on request, Booking confirmation subject to room availability.
- Child with Bed (Twin / Triple) Full Tour fare, Child without Bed : 50% of tour fare.
Transport Services:-
- Small Coach (20 Seat) / Micro : (10 Seat).
- Big Coach (45~47 Seat) / Middle : (23~25 Seat).
- Tour Fare quoted based on Japanese Yen for TWIN / TRIPLE sharing basic.
- Tour Fare quoted excluded: international / domestic flight tickets, airport tax, & gratuities.
- Tour Fare quoted subject to change without prior notice.
- Tour itinerary may be changed / deleted subject to the traffic / weather conditions.
- Full payment is required prior to the date before arrival.
- Tour fare quoted included: Accommodation; Meals; Transportation (Good Coach).
- Tour Fare quoted excluded, Tipping fee.
- For tipping, please pay directly from TL to our Guide. Not to Driver.
- No service Porter in Japan although paying a tipping fee.
- According to Japan government labor laws regarding "working hours of drivers",tours should end before 20:00 (Bus and the driver should already be off on 20.00 PM).
- According to Japan government labor laws regarding "mileage driver", The driver is not allowed to drive more than 300 km / day.
Foods and Meals:-
- The type of food will be determined after booking by guide. (Mixed meals).
- (Mixed like Yakiniku, Sukiyaki, Shabu-Shabu, Buffet, Japanese Set Menu, Hot Pot or other food).
- Unless there are "special" requests from agent regarding Halal food / Allergies / Diabetes / Vegetarian.
- Menu is can not change abruptly, after guest arrival.
Museums and other place Fee:-
- Tour package does not include Museums, Paid parks, Amusement parks, water parks, theme parks and other entertainment places tickets charges. It will tourist personal issues.
Other Policy:-
- Weekend Surcharge / WES (SATURDAY NIGHT) is JPY 3,000 / pax / night, excluding tour fare.
- But, the New Year Season (30 Dec~2 Jan) is not WES, Just only New Year Surcharge.
- For Ski Resort Area, Ski Equipments can not serve due too Foreign insurance problems.
- English Tour Guide ; Sightseeing tours with admission fee as specified in the Itinerary.
Legal Activities:-
- All Indian tourists Legal activities will be managed at Karkardooma Court Delhi, Delhi, India.
- All other tourists Legal activities will be managed at Tokyo District Court, Tokyo, Japan.
