80% tour fare : 1 workdays prior to the starting date of the tour.
Refunds are generally credited to your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days from the date of cancellation..

For Ski Resort Area, Ski Equipments can not serve due too Foreign insurance problem.
Single Room Supplement : JPY 10,000 per person per night ( For *4 star rank hotel).
Child with Bed (Twin / Triple) Full Tour fare, Child without Bed : 50% of tour fare.
Tour Fare quoted base on Japanese Yen for TWIN / TRIPLE sharing basic.

For Japanese Traditional Hotel (Ryokan), Tatami Style or Western Style is on request.
